📋 Description

• Transform the admissions process with video and written assessments. • Help build long-lasting partnerships with educational institutions. • Generate new sales through relationship building. • Meet prospects, cultivate relationships, and manage a pipeline of opportunities. • Share market feedback with Product and Marketing teams to guide sales process development.

🎯 Requirements

• At least four years of closing experience working complex deals involving multiple stakeholders. • Keen interest in and excel at relationship-based sales. • Self-directed, resourceful, and ready to roll up your sleeves to drive business growth. • Excited about helping to build Kira Talent’s sales playbook. • Creative with a track record of getting deals across the finish line. • Collaborative and open to sharing tips & tricks with colleagues. • Comfortable having strategic conversations with thought leaders in higher education.
