• Verantwortlich für technische Belange in Serviced Apartment-Häusern und Student-Standorten • Sicherstellung der einwandfreien technischen Funktion und Einhaltung hoher Standards • Verhandlung und Verwaltung von Wartungs- und Lieferantenverträgen • Erstellung und Überwachung von Prüf- und Wartungsplänen • Entwicklung des jährlichen Investitionsbudgets und langfristiger Investitionspläne • Regelmäßige Begehungen zur Qualitätssicherung • Unterstützung der Techniker bei technischen Herausforderungen
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Facility Management, Bauingenieurwesen, Versorgungstechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Gebäudemanagement oder vergleichbarer Funktion • Fundierte Kenntnisse in technischer Gebäudeausstattung und Energiemanagement • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern und in der Vertragsverhandlung • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse • Spaß am Reisen, da häufig vor Ort in verschiedenen Standorten
