• Lead the product management team to develop and execute product-led strategies; setting clear goals and fostering a culture of innovation, impact, and collaboration.. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, CX and Go-to-Market leadership to ensure seamless integration and alignment around product initiatives. • Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap that prioritize user needs and market demands; recommend strategic shifts based on changes in the business landscape. • Conduct thorough market analysis and user research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. • Establish and monitor metrics and KPIs to measure product performance, user engagement, and overall business impact. • Advocate for our customers by understanding their needs and behaviors, and translate these into product improvements and innovations. • Recruit, coach, and inspire product managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Demonstrated success establishing and executing technology product strategy at the leadership level. • You are an exceptional communicator who embodies storytelling skills, including written, verbal, and numeric communication. • Skills in alignment-building, persuasion, storytelling, and coaching. • Experience recruiting other high-performing product managers and growing them. • A strong “product sense” to develop intuitive insights paired with an analytical mindset to use the best evidence available. • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
