About GameChanger: • We believe in the life-changing impact youth sports have on and off the field, encouraging leadership, teamwork, responsibility, and confidence. • We're a remote-first tech company based in New York City solving big challenges in youth sports. • This role will focus on developer experience, emphasizing reliability, quality, scalability, and maintainability. • You'll also mentor other developers on best practices in testing and enhance the quality across the organization.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in mobile development, preferably in Kotlin and/or Swift. • Extensive experience with testing practices at all levels including unit, integration, UI testing, etc. • Proven ability to design and execute on large scale shared libraries along with the ability to investigate external libraries and implement within an existing large code base. • Share your expertise by mentoring and training engineers on reliability tactics, creating documentation, conducting sessions, and leading training workshops.
