• About GameChanger: We believe in the life changing impact youth sports have on and off the field. • The Position: GameChanger is seeking a Visual and Motion Designer to join us on our expanding content team. • You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual and motion graphics content that aligns with our brand's identity and enhances user engagement. • You will work closely with the go to market, content, and product teams to create compelling visuals for digital and traditional media channels.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in visual and motion design, preferably in a creative agency, marketing team, or media production environment. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere). • Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) is a plus. • Familiarity with UX/UI tools like Figma, or Sketch. • Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to produce innovative and visually compelling designs. • High attention to detail and ability to produce error-free work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and designs to stakeholders. • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines. • Willingness to adapt and experiment with new design trends, technologies, and tools with a solutions-oriented mindset. • You have a demo reel and/or portfolio that reflect instances of both excellent design and sleek motion graphics.
