Description
• The Instructional Designer applies instructional design and adult learning principles to develop instructional courses. • Creates deliverables for all phases of the course creation lifecycle that align with business goals. • Collaborates with peers and leaders to translate business requirements into learning requirements. • Tests and debugs deliverables for quality assurance. • Partners with Learning Strategy Senior Managers on instructional strategy.
Requirements
• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field preferred. • Experience in education or learning field. • Experience creating training deliverables for retail organizations. • Proficient knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard eLearning development tools. • Basic knowledge of project management principles and MS Project. • Excellent written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills.
