📋 Description

• Seize your opportunity with GDIT as a Cloud Solutions Architect supporting the Administrative Office of the US Courts (AOUSC) • Help support AOUSC CMSO in its modernization effort for critical applications • Provide leadership and architectural direction to develop cloud-native products • Assist in the development of a technical roadmap • Establish and implement architectural standards for cloud-native development • Define requirements and best practices with modern cloud strategies • Assess legacy applications for modernization opportunities • Modernize databases using managed cloud services • Recommend cloud security best practices • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical modernization efforts

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering or relevant computer-based major • 7+ years of experience in developing IT and cloud infrastructures • Demonstrated experience modernizing applications and utilizing cloud-native solutions • Experience in software engineering and design architectures • Understanding of system security measures • Experience conducting research for advanced technologies • Experience with on-premises to cloud migrations • Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies • Experience with Java, Perl, Angular, .Net and open-source technology stack • Experience with Microservices frameworks • Experience with Cloud computing and Hybrid Cloud platforms • Experience in DevOps and DevSecOps approaches • Experience in Microsoft platforms such as Office 365 Online and Microsoft Azure
