• In a support capacity to a federal agency’s Regional Representative, responsible for reviewing and assessing grantee programs and financial management data • Assist the RR in providing consultation and community engagement • Assist and support site visits with states, voluntary agencies, mutual assistance associations, and other entities • Analyze state plans, grantees' program performance, financial reports and data relative to program objectives • Provide technical assistance to grantees • Review grantee independent auditor reports and recommend follow-up review • Develop work plans to implement individual monitoring assignments • Schedule and conduct selected on-site monitoring visits • Prepare written reports of findings • Assist in collaboration efforts with regional government offices and federal agencies

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree • 5-8 years of related experience • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Experience working with federal grants preferred • Experience working with immigrant or refugee communities preferred
