Description
• Support various aspects of the EDRM workflows • Emphasis on administering casework using Relativity • Assist with management of eDiscovery and litigation projects • Provide reporting to case administrators related to workspace metrics • Assist in identifying and resolving technical or workflow issues
Requirements
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience • Work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment preferred • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills • Dependable planning and organizational skills • Ability to communicate effectively & tactfully both verbally and in written format • Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information • Strong analytical skills and the ability to comprehend technical content • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office product suite • Ability to demonstrate superior organizational skills with an acute attention to detail • Ability to work effectively under pressure in time-sensitive situations
