• Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Refugee Processing • Document requirements, process models and other artifacts to be used in development of START • Lead trainings, presentations, elicitation sessions, conferences calls, webinars and other tools and technologies to gather and disseminate information with domestic and international partners • Add to Product Backlogs and communicate user needs to multiple stakeholders • Coordinate and facilitate exchange meetings to determine needs of customers; as well as to determine the impact of changes • Provides input for documentation on new or existing systems/business processes • Support the collection and reporting of requirements related metrics • Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned • Participate in special projects as assigned • Travel required to better understand refugee processing in the START application and maintain user expertise

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree • 4+ Years of relevant experience • 4 Years of specific Technical skills • A Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one
