Description

• Lead global organization of service engineers for GE Vernova’s aeroderivative gas turbine • Provide strategic leadership for customer issue resolution, prioritizing Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost • Own operating rhythm for regional teams promoting total quality and lean mindset • Promote safety culture ensuring compliance with safety standards • Manage talent through succession planning and performance reviews • Collaborate with Commercial and Product line during urgent situations • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators for continuous improvement • Engage with broader technical and commercial aeroderivative communities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience • Significant experience in Engineering, Operations, or a related field • Working knowledge of gas turbines & accessories • Prior experience as People Leader of a global technical team • Fluent in English
