🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full stack software engineering experience, preferably in a high growth startup environment. • Heavy experience in a product engineering role interfacing directly with end users and cross functional product teams. • Experience with large and complex production systems. • Strong ability to operate with minimal oversight. • Ability to understand how our business functions and how challenges and bottlenecks can be addressed through the Engineering team. • A collaborative, pragmatic, and growth-oriented mindset. • The ability to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions. • Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems. • Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process. • Effective communication skills: Regularly achieve consensus with peers and clear status updates. • Experience owning a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution. • Self-motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills. • Ability to thrive in a remote-first organization.
