• The Channel Data Analyst is critical in ensuring GE Vernova delivers an informative & intuitive, user-friendly employee experience • Responsible for leveraging data to identify and understand business and user challenges • Using insights to recommend solutions or best practices to improve tools, processes, or services in partnership with the Channel Strategy team and others. • Build and maintain the Global Content Repository, including tagging and taxonomy development. • Develop & implement the global content governance process, to ensure accuracy and relevancy of Tier 0 content for all users. • Responsible for developing data and metrics associated with channel usage, to promote Tier 0 utilization & enable self service. • Use data to understand the true needs of GE Vernova employees, People Leaders, and HR to drive improved user experience. • Leverage data and LEAN methodology to identify opportunities for automation and process simplification. • Partner with the COEs, Global Solutions Leaders and Service Delivery teams.

Requirements

• Strong data/analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to tell a story using data • Proven experience in leverage data to drive specific actions/ outcomes • High proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet (or equivalent) • Project management skills • Influencing and communication skills • Articulate and adaptable, with a passion for achieving optimal employee experience. • Stays ahead of new technologies and tools in the space.
