• The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) – Hot Gas Path, Rotors & Airfoils is responsible for driving quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation. • Collaborating with Engineering and Sourcing to select and approve suppliers through approval and qualification processes. • Owning supplier assessments, part/process qualification supplier results. • Driving improvements utilizing supplier scorecards. • Owning ongoing supplier audits, supplier monitoring ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience • Technical aptitude • Communications & Teamwork Skills • Project Management Skills • Business / Commodity expertise • Proven Sourcing/Engineering/Manufacturing experience • Proven Supplier Quality experience or equivalent experience • English fluency
