β€’ Ensure the highest quality service is provided to customers through program processes. β€’ Manage program instantiation of the Quality Management System (QMS). β€’ Deploy and implement appropriate QMS processes. β€’ Create and oversee Quality Assurance Plans (QAP)/Quality Control Plan (QCP). β€’ Integrate closely with the program team to implement and execute the QMS. β€’ Recommend, facilitate, track and report on continuous process improvement activities. β€’ Implement audit practices for internal processes and products. β€’ Ensure adherence to all standards, Leidos policies, and best practices. β€’ Support the development and collection of performance metrics. β€’ Track, analyze and report on trends found in performance metrics. β€’ Report to management on Quality Achievement and act as liaison for enterprise quality initiatives.

Requirements

β€’ BA degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience. β€’ Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance β€’ Experience auditing to external quality standards such as ISO9001/ISO20000/AS9100/CMMI Dev or Svc β€’ Experienced with peer reviews and process auditing β€’ Experience collecting and analyzing metrics β€’ Ability to multi-task, complete tasks without direct supervision, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment β€’ Excellent verbal and written skills β€’ Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) β€’ Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, & Project) β€’ Ability to support limited domestic travel
