• The Internal Project Manager (IPM) is a leader on the Project Team who works closely with cost and schedule experts. • Responsible for managing Delivery and Cost for the Project through proactive risk & opportunity management. • Centralizes and optimizes critical global processes for which the IPM team is responsible. • Supports the IPM Team’s efforts in continuous improvement and Lean operations. • Works proactively with IPM community and key cross-functional members to drive efficiency and optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 3 years of cross-functional business experience with operational and/or project management experience. • Ability to lead and succeed in a cross-functional matrix environment. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Effective organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills. • Demonstrated ability to analyze, resolve problems, and deliver results. • Passion for details and ‘can do’ approach. • Thorough competency in Microsoft Office Tools. • Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt / Master Black Belt Certification or equivalent quality certification. • PMP / PMU certification.
