Description

• Senior member of the Grid Services Program Management team • Responsible for overseeing the growth of grid services programs • Overseeing Customer Excellence and managing consultants • Setting performance goals and grooming backlog/in-progress activities • Responsible for fostering a 5-star customer experience • Lead multiple concurrent Grid Services programs • Serve as the primary liaison between Sunrun and customers • Define tasks according to contracted program objectives • Lead problem-solving initiatives and oversee quality control • Communicate proactively with senior stakeholders • Combine knowledge of distributed energy resources and lead programs

Requirements

• Previous work in energy markets and/or utility energy services / demand response • Previous work in behind the meter batteries and battery-backed services for grid partners • Previous work in DERMs software and /or BTM asset-to-platform integration • Demonstrated achievement in B2B account management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations • Strong proficiency in Google suite applications, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment • Candidate must be a self-starter and work with little or no supervision, this position requires continual analytical research methods, precise calculations and the ability to “think outside of the box”, as well as being prepared for continual change. • Should possess excellent organizational and self-management skills.
