• Support and lead the Services requisition, design, structuring, validation and commissioning/outage control systems for Aero GT and interaction with other systems. • This role is critical in driving a team culture of technical system & domain depth, contemporary leadership, on-time quality execution and strong customer-focused mindset. • Responsible for Aero and CSS customizations for all product lines on strategy, portfolio planning, requirements management, design and implementation into production of controls system projects. • Responsible for Technical & Schedule Risk Identification and Mitigation across complete Controls Scope. • Overall goal of the role is the ‘make the Aero Controls retrofits project successful’.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering • Proved experience on Controls Field execution • Design experience in Aero GT • Demonstrated ability to meet goals and objectives • Currently on E3 position • Experience in design & application of GE power generation controls, electrical, or accessory systems. • Strong experience in power generation requisition, working with customers, project mgt. or EPCs • Proven oral and written communication and presentation skills to the team and business leaders • Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and/or Plant controls knowledge / experience. • Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects to completion. • Demonstrated Technical writing expertise • Demonstrated experience in working successfully in technical leadership of a diverse team. • Selected Candidate must show high disposition for remote and on field support including working out of core standard hrs.
