• Responsible for strategic procurement activities for Cyber Security spend • Develop strategies to reduce total cost of ownership • Work with IT Category Management Tower Lead • Partner with stakeholders in IT, Business Procurement, Supply-Chain, and others • Oversee development/execution of strategies for Cyber Security • Provide inputs for Cyber Security budgeting • Drive demand management and compliance for IT categories • Oversee end-to-end sourcing and procurement process • Lead multi-functional stakeholder teams on strategic sourcing initiatives • Monitor strategy implementation to ensure benefit realization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college • Approximately 7 to 10 years' experience in IT, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, or consulting • Demonstrated ability in leading large scale organizational, process, and culture change • For non-USA roles, significant experience comparable to a Bachelor's degree or relevant high school diploma experience • For USA roles, Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with 7-10 years of experience in job family group/function • MBA or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, or Engineering preferred • 2+ years of IT Labor or IT sourcing and procurement/project experience preferred • Category management/sourcing and procurement experience in a multinational company preferred • Strong analytical skills required • IT experience and knowledge of IT contractor market preferred • Excellent communication skills required • Demonstrated negotiation skills required • Aggressive self-starter required • Strong project management skills required • Experience with RFQ implementation required • Working knowledge of ERP systems required • History with supply base consolidation preferred
