• Utilize cyber security and data expertise to protect GE Vernova’s global brand and assets. • Assist with day-to-day security operations and coordinate responses as needed. • Develop and maintain the continuous monitoring technical ecosystem. • Collaborate with data team to define metrics and requirements for security assessment. • Provide regular metrics and reporting for continuous monitoring effectiveness. • Develop and maintain policy, standards, processes for risk and vulnerability management. • Ensure solutions align with company strategy and include analytic integration. • Promote best practice sharing and team effectiveness through collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems (IS), Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Cybersecurity or STEM major from an accredited college or university. • 3+ years’ experience in Cyber Security • Vernova segments/business experience is highly desired. • Continuous Monitoring cyber experience. • Data management and coding experience • Industry recognized security certification(s), such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, etc. • Knowledge of systems implementations, SDLC, change control. • Knowledge of information security policies, procedures, and practices. • Strong oral and written communication skills, able to communicate appropriately to technical and management audiences. • Ability to influence and build consensus with other Information Technology teams and leadership. • Ability to seek innovative solutions to obstacles. • Ability to lead process improvement. • Knowledge of disaster recovery processes.
