• Provide technical subject matter expertise to support business growth • Familiarize with all delivered Power Conversion scope of supply • Implement services marketing strategies across the marine segment • Contribute to segment and region strategy, driving growth-oriented activities • Explore new market applications and evolve existing customer relationships • Lead a team of sales professionals assigned to North American Marine segment customers • Own the Marine Services sales budget, delivering volume and margin to meet quarterly targets • Apply subject matter expertise to support the bidding process for service opportunities • Form partnerships with strategic external partners, optimizing customer outcomes • Develop solutions applying Power Conversion technical superiority in Marine Electric Propulsion • Monitor Marine segment market intelligence for competitive advantage

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Naval Architecture, or related, from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 10 years of experience with electrical engineering, system engineering; including requirements generation, design, test, commissioning, delivery, and fleet service • Minimum of 5 years sales experience, with demonstrated record of growth oriented success • Ability and willingness to travel 60% of the time (domestically and internationally) • Leadership experience with high technical knowledge requirements • Self-directed and highly motivated • Effective team building and problem-solving abilities • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Understands business objectives and drives specific tasks required to meet the objectives • Strong background in shipboard and land-based medium and high voltage systems, including variable frequency drives, rotating machines and auxiliary systems • Master's Degree in Business administration or Engineering from an accredited university • Minimum of 10 years sales experience, focused on services • Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment with a geographically dispersed team • Knowledge of GE Vernova products, solutions, and limitations in sufficient detail to develop offerings that meet customer needs • Experience with Government contracting requirements • Displays excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to build strong teams through inclusiveness and connection with people • Builds loyalty and commitment • US Citizen • Ability to obtain a secret clearance
