Description

• Lead projects and initiatives with high impact to the business • Work with multiple cross functional teams and customers to provide innovative solutions to technical issues • Support Engineering Request workstream with occasional Root Cause Analysis investigations • Own technical resolution to complex technical issues while mentoring others • Facilitate cross functional collaboration between engineering, commercial, manufacturing, and suppliers • Provide leadership at technical conferences and customer facing events • Lead Root Cause Analysis of GE equipment non-conformances • Author and coach in creation of communications regarding major issue resolution • Engage in global product service meetings to grow expertise

Requirements

• Bachelors of Science in Engineering OR a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of HRSG field experience • A minimum of 8 years of HRSG experience • Willingness to travel, estimated <10%
