Description
• Provide interface support and advice between services CMU OTR teams and field services teams to define and control the FSE scope of work • Develop / improve procedures for sitework phases of upgrades • Provide technical assistance to fleet support functions as required • Provide mentorship for new field service personnel • Uses technical knowledge and best judgment to make decisions to manage complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university or college (or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 10 years experience of working with Power Conversion products in a marine and/or industry segment) • Minimum of 8 years experience in a technical support role supporting power conversion products (power systems, control & automation, variable speed motor applications)
