• Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. • Achieve the best contractual conditions while ensuring internal customer satisfaction. • Provide oversight to large suppliers or Business Process Outsourcing. • Ensure Business Process Outsourcing compliance with SLAs and act as the primary point of contact on all service level issues and resolution. • Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. • Explain difficult or sensitive information; work to build consensus. • Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Manufacturing). • At least 5 years of experience in Sourcing and Contract Performance Management.
