Description

• Build and maintain relationships with external clients. • Ensure client needs drive priorities and decisions. • Own client relationships on behalf of the company. • Collaborate with other Performance Managers for a consistent client experience. • Engage with clients through onsite visits and virtual screen share engagements. • Identify customer interest in additional products. • Monitor and analyze account performance and trends. • Required to maintain product knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. • Master's degree with 2 years' experience or a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience may be acceptable. • 8 years' experience in a related field considered. • At least 3 years’ experience in retail automotive sales, service, or management. • Direct experience desking deals in retail automotive environment. • Working knowledge in retail automotive and broad capabilities through software utilization. • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, screen share technologies, and relevant software systems. • Ability to effectively work with all levels at an automotive dealership or dealer group. • Strong customer service skills with exceptional listening skills. • Ability to communicate effectively and retain audience engagement.
