β’ 12twenty is the leading platform for employers to connect with elite early career professionals. β’ Weβre looking for an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and drive growth through innovative and data-driven campaigns. β’ This role will be pivotal in generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and optimizing campaign performance. β’ You'll work with cross-functional teams, including content designers and sales, to ensure our digital strategies are aligned and impactful. β’ You'll join a team of enthusiastic professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about growing the 12twenty community. β’ Own the development and execution of demand generation campaigns, focusing on generating MQLs and optimizing conversion rates. β’ Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and product update communications. β’ Optimize eCommerce funnels, with a focus on abandoned cart recovery and upsell automations. β’ Manage and create content for organic social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. β’ Develop, manage, and analyze LinkedIn Ads campaigns, working alongside a content designer as needed. β’ Plan, run, and report on A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
β’ HubSpot Marketing Certification is required β’ Proven experience driving revenue growth with eCommerce and email funnel strategies β’ Strong background in strategy, planning, executing, and reporting on A/B testing β’ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn paid content management β’ Experience in planning, creating, and publishing organic social content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok
