• 12twenty is the leading platform for employers to connect with elite early career professionals. • We’re looking for an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and drive growth through innovative and data-driven campaigns. • This role will be pivotal in generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and optimizing campaign performance. • You'll work with cross-functional teams, including content designers and sales, to ensure our digital strategies are aligned and impactful. • You'll join a team of enthusiastic professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about growing the 12twenty community. • Own the development and execution of demand generation campaigns, focusing on generating MQLs and optimizing conversion rates. • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and product update communications. • Optimize eCommerce funnels, with a focus on abandoned cart recovery and upsell automations. • Manage and create content for organic social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. • Develop, manage, and analyze LinkedIn Ads campaigns, working alongside a content designer as needed. • Plan, run, and report on A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates.

Requirements

• HubSpot Marketing Certification is required • Proven experience driving revenue growth with eCommerce and email funnel strategies • Strong background in strategy, planning, executing, and reporting on A/B testing • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn paid content management • Experience in planning, creating, and publishing organic social content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok
