Description

• Reporting to the VP, US Development & Strategy, the Campaign Manager plays a key role in the planning, execution, and optimization of fundraising campaigns. • This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all campaign logistics, managing timelines, coordinating resources, and monitoring campaign performance. • Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Campaign Manager will ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic goals. • Development and maintenance of campaign schedules, milestones, and workflows to ensure seamless execution. • Tracking campaign budgets, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring effective use of resources. • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance metrics, working with the analytics team to assess effectiveness and inform optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in fundraising campaign management. • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and other campaign tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms). • Experience in managing budgets and ensuring campaigns are executed within financial parameters.
