β€’ The League is a social dating app startup backed by IDG Ventures and others. β€’ Looking for highly analytical marketing leader with a track record of customer acquisition. β€’ Responsible for designing acquisition strategy for paid social, search, and other channels. β€’ Work closely with analytics and product teams to execute marketing strategy. β€’ Oversee the full acquisition funnel, look for opportunities to optimize conversion and efficiency. β€’ Primary owner of churn and retention rate for The League. β€’ Define and ensure consistent brand voice across all marketing efforts. β€’ Develop a clear, consistent process for measuring digital campaign effectiveness & ROI. β€’ Manage monthly marketing budget across all paid channels to achieve growth targets. β€’ Create local strategies to target and acquire customers in tight radius around operating regions. β€’ Dive deep into data on customer personas to identify ideal customers and retention programs. β€’ Responsible for day-to-day management of all external agency relationships.

Requirements

β€’ BS/MS in Marketing, Economics or related technical field. β€’ 6+ years of experience leading and executing performance marketing and acquisition programs. β€’ Demonstrated willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute across job functions with a penchant for getting things implemented. β€’ Natural scrappiness with the ability to look for unseen solution prior to asking for more resources. β€’ Mastery of modern analytics / insight tools. β€’ Knowledge, experience and practical previous use of SQL. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence an organization.
