🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in an analytics role with strong SQL and familiarity with Python. • 1+ years of experience managing ICs • Successful track record of communicating qualitative and quantitative results succinctly in verbal and written communications for technical, business and executive audiences. • Demonstrated capacity to manage collaborative relationships and influence without authority • Experience framing up (often) ambiguous problems to drive efficient analytics inquiries and ultimately a decision with clearly defined tradeoffs. • Ability to break large projects into discrete pieces to delegate and/or reprioritize to meet multiple deadlines • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, scrappy work environment (that is fully hybrid for most and remote for some) • Strong sense of intellectual curiosity about our users and products, balanced with humility, drive and teamwork • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is strongly preferred, particularly in Consumer app companies in SAAS (subscription business model).
