• This is a remote position. • We are a pioneering company specializing in residential sale-leaseback transactions in the U.S. • Our innovative approach empowers homeowners to unlock the equity in their homes while continuing to live in them as tenants, providing financial flexibility during critical moments. • At the same time, we offer exclusive, high-yield investment opportunities to real estate investors looking for secure, cash-flow generating properties. • Our mission is to transform the residential real estate market by making sale-leasebacks a mainstream solution for homeowners facing financial challenges, allowing them to stay in the homes they love. • We are dedicated to creating tools that enable families to retain their homes while offering investors attractive, risk-mitigated opportunities. • The VP of Marketing and Growth is a strategic executive role responsible for leading the company’s growth strategy and ensuring alignment between product marketing, branding, and revenue objectives. • This role manages two distinct audiences—homeowners (sellers) and real estate investors.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Real Estate, or a related field. • 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in the real estate or PropTech industry, focusing on residential real estate transactions. • Proven success in strategic marketing, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and designing comprehensive product-marketing strategies. • Expertise in CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot), lead generation, data management, and conversion optimization. • Strong proficiency with AI-driven marketing tools and the ability to leverage automation and AI in customer interactions and lead qualification. • Experience in SEO, paid media, and organic growth strategies across various digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media). • Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of UX/UI, CRM integrations, data flow, and platform development. • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage marketing budgets, track performance, and drive business growth. • Proven ability to collaborate with tech and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are fully integrated into the company’s platform and product development. • Financial acumen and hands-on experience managing marketing expenses and budgets, budget forecasting and managing spend-to-revenue ratios. • Exceptional communication skills and ability to provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
