📋 Description

• The Executive FLIGHT DECK Leader will demonstrate lean knowledge and apply lean transformation principles and process improvement concepts, approaches and methods through GE Aerospace’s proprietary lean operating system, known as FLIGHT DECK. • The position will work to drive projects/process improvement to Supply Chain Organization. • Main areas of responsibility include Capacity and Readiness, Transactional Lean within supply chain and Supply Strategy and Development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 10 years of experience leading Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Services, Digital, Commercial or P&L • Experience successfully driving change and transformation • Knowledge of and experience in applying lean in a variety of transactional and shop floor situations • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. • Must be willing to travel 25% to 60% based on business needs.
