📋 Description

• Kate Farms is a medical food company aiming to make nutrition the cornerstone of healthcare. • Senior Supply Chain Analyst will own all Supply Chain data and analysis. • Responsible for cleaning and analyzing data, reporting on KPIs, and identifying areas for improvement. • Work closely with Procurement and Finance to identify cost reduction opportunities and develop plans to exceed gross margin and EBITDA targets. • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets related to inventory levels and supplier performance. • Tracking KPIs to measure supply chain efficiency. • Identifying cost reduction opportunities throughout the supply chain. • Utilizing statistical models to predict future demand and maintain inventory levels. • Identifying potential disruptions and developing mitigation strategies. • Analyzing supply chain processes and recommending improvements. • Working with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain improvements. • Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Supply Chain related field, Statistics, or equivalent. • Excellent data manipulation skills, including the creation of forecasting and MRP models in Excel. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated proficiency in supply and production planning within an ERP system. • Knowledge of product standard cost development and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment preferred. • Excellent Windows and Microsoft Office skills, Excel and PowerPoint. • Working knowledge of accounting and reporting information systems is a plus. • Strong commitment to company mission and values. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Respectfully shares and accepts feedback willingly from all levels of the organization.
