📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Supply Chain, with a focus on inventory and warehouse management. • Work independently and collaboratively to perform all implementation activities, including solutioning, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, training, and deployment for D365 Supply Chain Inventory and Warehouse Management functions. • Utilize experience and communication skills to build high-trust relationships with leaders and SMEs (subject matter experts) in our customers’ warehouse and inventory operations. • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and execute implementation tasks with internal and external project team members that exceed expectations. • Provide periodic status reports and accurate estimates and timelines of work in collaboration with the associated project manager. • Continually learn industry best practices related to warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, and distribution and demonstrate that knowledge in the delivery of customer solutions. • Support internal continual improvement to drive scalable, enabling processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Three plus years of full-cycle experience as a Warehousing Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financials and Supply Chain. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s). • Industry knowledge of regulated warehousing and inventory management, preferably in Life Science, Pharma, or Biotech. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to analyze problems and opportunities and make critical decisions while working with key stakeholders.
