📋 Description

• Many companies pay lip-service to “Customer Success”. At Gearset, we’re looking for a DevOps Architect to join a company where it’s a core part of our DNA. You’ll partner with Gearset’s most strategic customers, helping them adopt DevOps practices to get the most out of their Salesforce investment. This is a hands-on, technical role where you’ll guide customers from the moment they join Gearset to becoming confident, successful users driving DevOps within their Salesforce teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Practical knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) architecture, tools and workflows • Expertise in either DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, infrastructure as code, version control workflows) or Salesforce development and deployment methodologies • A technical predisposition with a desire to learn, and the ability to convey complex technical topics with simplicity • The ability to build effective long-term relationships with customers, supporting them throughout their life cycle with Gearset • Experience working with large or complex technical teams and developing outcome-oriented implementation plans to meet customer’s goals • A proven ability to influence customer behaviour, drive action, and help organisations adopt new practices to achieve meaningful outcomes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a keen eye for detail
