Description

• Work closely with the U.S. team through various communication tools. • Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects. • Develop comprehensive project plans in collaboration with senior project managers. • Track progress and ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule. • Coordinate with IT department heads for effective resource allocation. • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project team. • Maintain accurate project documentation using project management software. • Monitor project progress to ensure quality standards are met. • Assist in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget. • Provide training and support to end-users for new IT systems. • Participate in project retrospectives for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field. • 5-8 years of experience in IT project management or a related role • Solid understanding of IT concepts, systems, and technologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with it having experience on International market the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality. • Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other relevant certifications is a plus but not required.
