📋 Description

• Partner with Product General Managers to drive business initiatives, growth, strategy, and profitability • Support commercial execution and meeting financial commitments for products • Drive commercial analytics for products including pricing and cost optimization • Monitor market practices and trends that affect negotiations • Support Sales & Operations Planning from a finance perspective • Lead long-term strategy and budgeting with the Finance Director • Partner globally with finance teams to support key initiatives • Drive monthly/quarterly close and performance reporting • Develop and improve financial processes

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Minimum of 4 years of Commercial FP&A experience • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to document, plan, and execute with established project management skills • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills • Experience in a matrix environment • Ability to work independently • Competency in data analysis, and building Excel reports and presentations • Strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation
