Description

• Build high-performance, low maintenance, zero-downtime database platforms and applications • Drive insurance business transformation • Lead strategy and execution of technical roadmap • Innovate and improve existing systems • Collaborate with managers, team members, and other engineering teams • Utilize Python and Golang • Deep understanding of container orchestration including Docker and Kubernetes

Requirements

• Customer-centric approach • Transparent and decisive • Prejudice for action and iterative software approach • Learn from mistakes and share knowledge • Experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code • In-depth knowledge of CS data structures and algorithms • Ability to excel in fast-paced environments • Knowledge of developer tooling across software development life cycle • Experience with micro-services oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs • Expert experience with software architecture and design • Experience with Prometheus and Grafana • Proficient in HA database architectures and tools • Bonus for experience with K8ssandra Kubernetes operator
