• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of technicians responsible for the technology onboarding and offboarding processes. • Ensure new hires receive a positive and seamless technology experience from day one. • Oversee the technology offboarding process for departing associates, ensuring secure retrieval of company assets. • Analyze and refine onboarding and offboarding processes to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience. • provide regular updates to senior management on the status of onboarding and offboarding activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • At least 7 years of experience in Tech service management or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • At least 1 year experience managing large-scale technology onboarding and offboarding processes in a corporate environment. • Strong understanding of tech infrastructure, systems, and tools used in a large enterprise setting. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus. • High level of discretion and integrity, particularly in handling sensitive information.
