Description

• Spearhead the design, development, deployment, and management of private cloud systems. • Contribute to the architecture, implementation, and ongoing management of scalable and robust private clouds using OpenStack and MaaS. • Develop automation processes for provisioning, configuring, and managing bare metal servers. • Collaborate with internal teams to design and improve tools for automation of infrastructure deployment. • Ensure security, stability, and scalability of the system architecture.

Requirements

• Proficiency in working with OpenStack components and services • Proficiency in working with KVM and Metal as a Service platforms and services • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex IT solutions on a large scale • Strong skills in scripting and automation using Python and Go • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IAC) methodologies, particularly using Terraform • Expertise in utilizing Ansible for configuration management and deployment • Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, including system administration and scripting • Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security (TCP/IP, HTTP, load balancing, etc.) • Experience with Operating Systems design, deployment and debugging especially in Linux and Windows operating environments • Hands-on experience with configuring and integration of cloud storage technologies such as fiber channel storage, SAN, and Software Defined Storage like Ceph, MINIO etc. • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a proven track record of overcoming technical challenges • Effective communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners • 4+ years of experience in a collaborative development environment, utilizing modern software development methodologies • 4+ years scripting/ coding experience in one of the following languages: C/C++ development, Bash, Python or GO
