🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related engineering field is required. Master’s degree is preferred. • 10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal role managing data center projects. • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. LEED accreditation and other relevant certifications are a plus. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering design software. Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical power distribution, and plumbing systems required. • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
