📋 Description

• Develop and optimize data reconciliation systems • Ensure accuracy, reliability and scalability of financial data • Design and implement high-performance reconciliation systems • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate platform with financial systems • Write high-quality, efficient code for substantiation platform • Provide technical guidance and improve code quality, testing, and deployment practices • Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Business Intelligence teams • Implement features for maximum impact • Contribute to the development of junior engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred • 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on building large-scale, distributed systems • Experience (at least 3 years) working with financial data systems, reconciliation processes, or related financial technology • Strong expertise in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go) and familiarity with others • Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions that process large volumes of data • Understanding of database systems (both SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling for financial applications • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture • Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, PCI DSS) • Ability to provide technical guidance on complex projects • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize systems for performance, reliability, and scalability • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices
