• The main purpose of the role grow sales with extensive customer contact • Develop and implement Sales initiatives and strategies to target customers for new business development • Identify and promote products to Industries where dyes and pigments are used • Development and execution of Sales plan to achieve the targeting, exhibition • Customer site visits to discuss their needs, sales promotion and assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them and collect market knowledge • Prepare Sales Budget on CRM • Benchmarking competitors: Analyze and collect competitor information to improve sales strategies • Encourage generating new leads through telephone conversations, exhibition
• Sales experience in business-to-business selling • Fluent in writing and spoken English and local languages • Extensive customer contact for product promotion • Technical and brief application knowledge • Excellent business relationship management skills, persuading and influencing people to generate and secure higher levels of business • Build powerful presentations to deliver sales messages and overcome resistance • Structured powerful persuasive techniques in a patient, calm and effective way • Use of IT (SAP, SAGE, Microsoft word, excel, access and Internet)
