📋 Description
• Grow sales with extensive customer contact. • Develop and implement Sales initiatives and strategies to target customers for new business development. • Identify and promote products to Industries where dyes and pigments are used. • Development and execution of Sales plan to achieve the targeting, exhibition. • Customer site visits to discuss their needs, sales promotion and assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them and collect market knowledge. • Prepare Sales Budget on CRM. • Analyze and collect competitor information to improve sales strategies. • Encourage generating new leads through telephone conversations, exhibition following internal procedure. • Diagnose causes of customer complaints, and give solution. • Set target, evaluate and monitor to ensure company targets are met. • Discuss Price quotations, samples requests, projects utilizing in-house CRM following internal procedure.
🎯 Requirements
• Sales experience in business-to-business selling • Fluent in writing and spoken English and local languages • Extensive customer contact for product promotion. • Technical and brief application knowledge • Excellent business relationship management skills • Persuading and influencing people to generate and secure higher levels of business. • Build powerful presentations to deliver sales messages and overcome resistance. • Structured powerful persuasive techniques in a patient, calm and effective way • Use of IT ( SAP, SAGE, Microsoft word, excel, access and Internet)
