• Lead authentication and authorization mobile strategy • Collaborate with product, technical, and business teams • Implement, design, and deliver features for mobile applications • Drive change and deliver results for partner teams quickly • Set clear team and individual goals • Deliver high-quality products on time

Requirements

• 2+ years in management or tech leadership role • 5+ years of mobile software development experience as an individual contributor or team lead • Understanding of prevailing industry authentication and authorization practices • Strong understanding of OAuth and iOS/Android best practices around authentication • Strong experience partnering with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies • Demonstrated experience mentoring and growing high-performing engineering teams • At least 5 years high proficiency programming in Kotlin, Swift, Java, ObjectiveC • Experience with Typescript, GraphQL, and/or React is a plus • Experience building libraries, SDKs, and shared components for other teams • Ability to create a mobile authentication and authorization strategy • Ability to set clear team and individual goals • Strong testing, logging, and measurement practices
