Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration or related field preferred. • 6 years of related healthcare or project and team management experience, including 2 years in a supervisory/management capacity. • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal, partnering, coaching, and mentoring skills. • Strong budget and schedule management skills. • Problem solving and continuous process improvement skills. • Time management and organizational skills. • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
