This is that chance for you to feel like an entrepreneur and bring to life a marketplace that literally changes people’s lives. • We are developing a landmark online marketplace for services that meet the needs of the 400 million underserved transgender and non-binary people across the world. • We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Business Development Executive to join our team. • The ideal candidate will spend days researching various providers of services we want to onboard to our marketplace, build relationships, and secure these providers in reasonable quantities onto the platform. • You will create your own marketing materials, target lists, and set meetings to convert these into sales. • The role requires the ability to work within defined guardrails while setting your own agenda, being confident in reaching out cold, and excelling in both video and in-person client/sales meetings.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing). • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Personality: Confident and proactive in reaching out to new contacts.
