• Minimum of 7 years in business development within the IT industry, preferably with experience in startups and entrepreneurial environments. • Proven track record of devising and executing successful business development strategies, cultivating new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships. • Strong domain expertise in a relevant industry is a significant advantage. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team setting with a hands-on approach and a focus on growth. • Experience in building and scaling businesses, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with startups. • Open to performance-based compensation models, including revenue share, to align with company growth.
