📋 Description
• Proactive Contribution to the design, build and test of new or to be changed workflows / processes / procedures / systems; • Act as the intermediair function between Payroll Administration / Support and Technical application management / Third Suppliers while translating requirements and Releases both ways; • Solving issues in the integration of both client and Genpact solutions in the total end to end landscape; • Fullfillment of client requests, checking and working on the progress of our daily and 4 weekly processing and carrying out random checks on the automated processing; • First line of contact with external counter parts on the terrains of IT, taxes, premiums and labor conditions; • Participate in small and large projects together with clients and suppliers.

• Experience with administrative processes and IT systems • Be able to communicate on a professional level with a variety of third parties.
