📋 Description
• Provide consistent and professional support to associates across EMEA region. • Support HR in the administrative function and payroll activities. • Administer employee life-cycle programs depending on responsibilities. • Prepare documents for employees. • Review/Audit HRO transactions to ensure policy compliance. • Work closely with Operations Team for quality feedback. • Conduct Quality meetings to analyze errors and improve accountability. • Ensure expertise in subject matter and processes. • Nurture new hires and improve quality performance. • Innovate the quality frameworks to meet client expectations. • Implement Quality Check Tools and procedures for efficiency. • Contribute process improvement insights for performance indicators. • Ensure services meet established SLA and KPI standards. • Complete mandatory trainings in a timely manner. • Perform other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor / Master´s degree. • Knowledge of MS office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook. • Proficient Dutch and English (C1). • Professional background involving problem solving and dealing with internal customers. • Ability to work with confidential/sensitive data. • Prioritization capability. • Privacy management. • Knowledge of labor law and payroll. • You have experience in working in the HR / Administration Team • Workday and Service Now knowledge will be an asset • Previous experience working in Shared Services
