📋 Description
• Provide consistent and professional support to associates across EMEA region. • Support of HR in the HR administrative function and payroll activities. • Is the primary point of contact between HR and employees. • Administer employee life-cycle programs. • Prepare necessary documents for employees. • Review/audit HRO transactions to provide expert opinion. • Conduct quality meetings to analyze errors and drive accountability. • Nurture new hires & tenured bottom performers to improve quality performance. • Contribute towards improving process’s key performance indicators & value adds. • Responsible to partner & contribute on training delivery. • Assure HR policies and processes are followed as per agreements. • Establish and/or update process documentation. • Constantly strive for process improvements. • Ensure services delivered are in accordance with established SLA and KPI. • Complete mandatory trainings and assignments timely.
🎯 Requirements
• Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor / Master´s degree. • Knowledge of MS office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook. • Proficient Turkish and English (C1). • Professional background involving problem solving and dealing with internal customers. • Ability to work with confidential/sensitive data. • Prioritization capability. • Privacy management. • Knowledge of labor law and payroll.
