📋 Description
• Provide consistent and professional support to associates across EMEA region. • Primary point of contact between HR and employees. • Administer employee life-cycle programs. • Prepare necessary documents for employees. • Review/Audit HRO transactions to provide expert opinion. • Work closely with Operations Team to provide feedback on quality. • Conduct Quality meetings with the team to analyze errors. • Indulge in nurturing new hires & tenured bottom performers. • Contribute towards process improvement ideas and insights. • Manage reclassification files and track benefits in kind.
🎯 Requirements
• Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor / Master´s degree. • Knowledge of MS office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook. • Proficient Turkish and English (C1). • Professional background involving problem solving and dealing with internal customers. • Ability to work with confidential/sensitive data. • Prioritization capability. • Privacy management. • Knowledge of labor law and payroll.
